Fees: One-hour minimum on all bookings. In the event the booking exceeds the hour, time is billed in half hour units according to the studio clock. Length of booking must be specified at the time of booking. Frequent last minute schedule changes will be billed five (5%) percent of the gross invoice. Last minute bookings will be negotiated with agency.
Booking Agreement: Upon confirmation of a booking and unless a buyer issued agreement is received by our office for said booking, Stone Model & Talent Agency will assume the responsibility of issuing a booking agreement. This agreement must be signed and returned to our office prior to commencement of the booking.

Video/Broadcast Based on daily rate with a buy-out to be negotiated separately.
Special Rates: Bras, panties, girdles, panty hose, men's underwear, and personal hygiene products will be charged at double the rate. Transparent garments or semi nudes will be charged at triple the rate.
Financial Institutions: Photography at double the rate.
Overtime: Before 8 a.m., after 5:30 p.m., after eight consecutive hours, Saturdays. Sundays and holidays, time and one half will be paid unless otherwise negotiated with agency. Exception: promotional work.
Usage: All usage of photography must be negotiated as rates apply only to shooting time. Please check all consumer product bookings with the agency for conflicts and rates. No bookings for consumer product packaging, posters, billboards, or point of purchase may be made without specific negotiation or clearance.
Buy-Outs: Must be negotiated with the agency prior to the booking. Client must state buy-out usage and time frame.
Exclusivity/Endorsements: Must be negotiated before booking through the agency.
Hand and Leg Inserts: Full rate.
Fittings/Wardrobe Check: Half the model's hourly rate with one-hour minimum.
Testings: Booked at no charge. No release signed.
Travel Charges/Parking: Clients will be billed .45 cents per mile for locations over 25 miles from model's point of departure. Long distance travel must be negotiated prior to booking. Parking and expenses will be invoiced.
Cancellations: Must be made 24 hours or more prior to booking time or one half of the booking time will be charged. Cancellations made 12 hours or less prior to the job are charged at full rate. Cancellation due to weather is billed one hour minimum plus parking and expenses. No charge if rescheduled.
Vouchers: Model will complete and sign a STONE Model & Talent Agency voucher/release at the conclusion of the booking. The model may sign no other release unless release is pre-approved by the agency. The voucher/release requires client's signature and will take precedence over any and all contracts releases. Please complete the special usage box when applicable.
Agency Service Charge: 20% will be added to all bookings, and will be reflected on the voucher.
Invoicing Procedure: STONE Model & Talent Agency will invoice for model's fees and expenses from the information provided on the completed voucher or from sign-in sheet. All invoices are net 30 days. A finance charge of 5% per month will be added to all invoices not paid in full in 30 days. Releases for talent will be void until payment for outstanding invoices are received by agency. Invoices past due over 90 days are subject to collection.
Model/Talent Fees: All Model/Talent fees are to be paid directly to Stone Model & Talent Agency.
Stylist/Make-Up Artists: Based on individual's personal rates and quoted to client specification.
"ON AVAIL": Model is placed "ON AVAIL." for client for particular day and time. If another client wants to book said talent, present client will have first choice to either confirm or release talent.
